Appling I140, Do I need passport copy of my wife?

Hi,

I am on L1A from Sep 2000......got renewal for two year in month of sep 2001.....I am intending to apply for I140....I need to ask 2 questions

1)My wife is in India and do not have passport at this time. Do I need any photocopies of her passport to be filed along with I140 or just the marraige certificate would do?

2)Is is better to do Consular processing(Mumbai) in my EB1 case or do I485 after the I140 is approved? As I am on EB1 let me know how long the cp process would take approximate If I do from Mumbai...?

1. No need for passport or copy of it.
2. Consular processing is better. No difference in timing whether EB1, EB2 or EB3. Approximately 3-4 months.
