    revokal of I140

    I got my I140 approved two months back and my lawyer is talking to INS to send it to NVC for consular processing.But today INS csc informed my lawyer that they are going to issue a note of intent to withdraw my i 140
    saying it is not meeting bs+2+3. I have a BS and 10 years of experience.Can they do it? If they do, what are my options?
