Many thanks for this yeoman service that you have been consistently providing.

My EB2 RIR BS+5 I-140 from company ABC (my present employer) will soon be approved.

1. If ABC closes shop for some reason, can the PD from the ABC petition be captured and used with another company XYZ sponsored GC?

2. What would be the issues/constraints in this?

3. What is the likelihood of INS not accepting the ABC PD for the XYZ petition?
