    I-140 CP approval(?)...

    A stupid Q but anyways....

    How does one know if the I-140 has been approved for AOS or CP.....

    Does the CP one just say that your case has been sent to NVC and AOS does not????

    (I had ammended my I 140 to include CP...got my approval but do not know if its for AOS or CP....)

    Yes, you are correct.
    CP one just says that your case has been sent to NVC and AOS does not.
