    ImmiHelp, Please Help I 140

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I've applied for I140. My LC requirement (BS/B.Tech + 2yrs exp). We sent evaluation of my BTech degree which says "Equivalent to USA BS )" BUT LC doesn't says exclusively the (BS/B.Tech or FOREIGN degree Equivalent). Since my degree is not from US, would that be a problem in my pending I140.
