    I140 approved, company changes name

    I have my LC and I140 approved, waiting for the dates to be current to file
    I485. I am in eb3 category.
    Now the company dissolves and starts under a new name-same operation.
    Do i have to apply for LC and i140 all over again ?
    Please advise
