Work for different supervisor of the same company

What will happen, if only changing position under different supervisor in the same company and in the same location? Does it need to transfer H-1B visa and re-apply for another new LC/I-140 instead of old LC/I-140 ? Thanks.

Job Positiion

I dont think it effects anything as long as same emloyer and same job title you dont need a new H1 or I140.
