I140 Receipt Date Passed TSC Processing Date

Hello,

I could use some advice on What Can I Do for my situation where

1. TSC shows processing I140 with receipt date Aug 01, 2007 and mine receipt
date is July 27, 2007.

2. INS helpdesk advised me nothing could be done until the processing date is
30 days after that is Aug 27, 2007.

3. My lawyer said even though my processing date is due, it might still take
another 3-6 months for it to be approved.

Processing timings are just an estimate and not a guarantee. Your lawyer is absolutely right.

The date means they have started "looking" into the cases past the date. How long they take to "look" is not in our hands.
