Need an advice
Hello! I'm new here but i'd like to get an advice from you.
I came in USA buy J1 visa as a student. My visa ended but i applied for tourist and i'm right now in pending. I found a nice job (computer technician)and my employer can sponsorship me. I'm not sure that in my case the best thing is to apply for I140. Can i apply for it and what shall i do?? Thank you in advance.
