I-140 Transfer

Hi,

I got my I-140 Approved for EB3 catogary on Nov 2008,I would really appreciate if any one could let me know the below queries.

1)Is it posible to transfer I-140 to another Company maintaining the date

2)If yes ,is there any minimum time I should wait in the current company before I transfer,

3)If yes ,could you please let me know the procedure to follow this ..

Really appreciated any help on this

1. No. It has to be started from scratch (from Labor). The PD can be re-captured.

How do I retain the priority dates when I join the new company ..?

what are the docs I required from my current company ..?


what process I should follow to retain my priority dates

You need proof of your I140 approval which has your PD listed. The lawyer can do the rest.
