Can I submit new I-140 while my old one is pending?

Hi,

My original I-140 got denied, and my lawyer has already filed an appeal. Same time UCSIC does not give any deadline on appeals, which makes processing virtually indefinite. Can my company file new I-140 (with some information corrected) while my old one is pending under appeal? Will they need to "recall" the appeal in this case first?

Who says the deadline is not there? All appeals have to be filed within 30 days of denial.
