Hi,
My case is a bit complicated and I really need your help!!
I filed for I140 back in July 2007.
I started my unpaid leave 2 months later, and quit the company in Jan 2008. (thus 6 months after filing)
I did not work for any other company since, and spent most of my time in Malaysia with my parents.
But I registered a sole-proprietor business to develop an online retail website.
Now the I140 RFE came, asking for my 2007 W2 and last 4 paystubs.
My last 4 paystubs were back in September 2007!
May I know what needs to be explained to the lawyer so that my case won't be rejected?
