Hi, guys,
Here is the thing. my husband filled i-140 under EB3 awhile ago at Nebraska Center, in Aug 2008 received a notice with "Intend to deny" based on company's financial documentation (ability to pay). They requested an explanation which we sent on time and later we saw update online that they received our evidence in September. Now thru congressional office we found out that i-140 was transffered to New York without any decision on it and now its in National Record Center.
Earlier (Aug of 08), our i-485 was already transffered to New York.
Assuming that they decided to join two cases (i-485 and i-140) together still cant understand why it ended up at the Record Center, which is basically a storage.
Does anyone had a similar situation?
