Hi I Am On H1b Visa And Received An Email To Approve I140 But Approvel Is Not Received Yet, If Apply For A Visa Extension How Many Years Extension Will I Get,actually My Visa Is Getting Over Buy August 2009 ,thanx In Advance.

How many years of H1b have you used? You get max of 3 years with an approved 140.
