Work address change

My I140 is approved for EB2 category. I have to change my work location with same employer within 5 miles. Does this require any action or do I need to restart my GC process?

You don't have to restart the GC. Your employer can file the change of address with USCIS just in case USCIS sends any query to them.

Just wanted to add that I am waiting for my priority date to become current which is April 2008. Still I can move my work location in the same company like I mentioned earlier, right?

Is your employer physically changing the building within 5 miles?

Or are you changing the job itself, such as different department?

I am not changing employer. It is same employer and we have 2 buildings within 5 miles. I would be just moving to other building but I will have same job description.

Yes. I am going to be in the same group and same responsibility. Only thing I am changing is my cube from one address to another. Just going close to the group I had been working before remotely.
