    Premium processing for I140

...it opens up tomorrow (Mon 29th). USCIS promises the decision within 15 days (approval/denial/RFE). Shall one apply for it if not in big hurry..however may get rid of tension. Good idea/bad idea?

The only catch is- I was told- the last time they did this, everyone ended up getting an RFE.

RFE is most likely in many cases to "buy" time.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

I work for a regular american company and am planning for h1-b extension pretty soon after my 6 years of h1-b.

Please let me know if it is a good idea to go with premium processing. Its been almost 2.5 months since i filed and with nebraska.
