H1B transfer after 6th Yr with I-140 Approved

Hi,

I have exhausted 6yrs on H1B and was extended for 1 yr using my approved labor. Couple of months back I got my I-140 approved as well. Now due to layoff, am forced to look for a new employer.

1. Is it possible to transfer H1 to the new employer (EMP B) using a copy of Perm & approved I-140 of my current employer (EMP A)?
2. If so, how many years will I get my H1 for?
3. If not, what other options exist?
