Hello all,
I am currently with employer A and would like to move to employer B by transfering my H1 extension (after 6 yrs) over to B based on I140 approval.
What is (are) the specific document(s) that I should be requesting from my current employer, A so that B can file for an H1 extension/transfer?
I know I have to get a copy of the I-140. Would I also need to get a copy of the PERM application? If yes then is there a number associated with the application that I can ask them for? Are there any other specific documents needed apart from the aforementioned ones that I'd need to request A for the purpose of h1 transfer with B?
