hi my aunt who is a babysitter employer filed labor certificate and I140 for her in 2001, after a couple what you call RFE's she got approval, 3 weeks ago. my question is apart from I485 plus I485 supplemental, I765, G325A what other forms if any do we have to submit, does she need an affidavit of support and if so is it from the employer of family member, also does she need to submit copy of taxes. we would like as much info as posible.

Did not even know babysitter qualified for an employment based GC.

yes she qualified, but, looking at this site you make alot of reasonable contribution, is that your take on this, whats the normal procedure after i140 is approved
