My LC and !-140 are approved and waiting to file I-485 i have completed my 6 years of H1B period and My H1-B is valid until Nov,2010.My questions are:
1.will i be able file my I-485 and obtain my GC if i go back to India after my H1-B term is completed without filing for H1-B extension.
2.If my H1-B extension is refused next year what can i do later to obtain the GC nobody in my family are here to sponsor.
