Hi
I have Labor and I140 approved with current employer. Due to lack of work, I am looking for another opportunity in advance.
I know priority date can be retained even after I change employer but GC process will have to start again from Labor.
My question is:
New employer will file for labor next year and before its approved, if PD gets current next year, do I still have to wait to file my I140 and I485 untill my labor gets approved ?
Please advise.
