Hello,
With company A I have my I-140 approved on EB3 category. Company A was sold out to company B. Due to the transition, and company B has a different Tax ID, my attorney advised us to file for a new PERM which got approved last week. The new PERM is on EB2 category.
My question is:
1) Can we re-use previously approved I-140(filed by Company A) now? OR we have to file a new I-140 for company B?
2) Can we port the previous priority date to the new PERM and if yes, at what stage this is possible?
Thanks in advance..
Regards,
Raju
