I am on L1A with next extension due in Jan 2021.
Have applied for eb1-I140
My existing position is Software Architect.
There is some organisation rejig and I may be offered two positions
1) Retain same title of Software Architect but may report into new Leadership team
2) Change my role to Developer/Delivery Manager(still an executive role) and report into same Leadership team
I am pondering does changing the title has any impact on
a) my existing 140 application, do I need to reapply.
b) And probably this org rejig may take two months, so its possibility my 140 may get approved in this time.once my 140 is approved, am I required to stay in same position or if my position changes does it has impact on 485 filing
