Change employer within 6 months of I140 approval
Guys,
I completed 5.5 years of my H1B.
I140 approved a month back and received approval notice.
H1B transfer approved and valid for 6 months.
Current employer suggested I140 will not be revoked/withdrawn.
Questions:
1. Will I be able to extend my H1B at new employer after 6 years ?
2. Should new employer need to start PERM & I140 again ?
3. Can I still use my current employer's I140 during H1B extension at new employer ?
