The USCIS sent me two identical notices requesting for additional evidence on Sept 2nd and on Oct 14th. There is a deadline to respond to each of these notice (althrough both have identical contents), the deadline for the Sept 2nd notice is Nov 28th, which is a Sunday. My lawyer sent the responding documents on Nov 27th, saturday, by overnight Fedex.
My question is, would this response, arrived on Monday Nov 29th, be considered late? I am very worried because my case satuts on the USCIS website has not been updated yet. I expected they would post it that they have received my response.
