I am very confused. After having my I-140 approved, I was checking the status of the I-140 case and I can see that USCIS attempted to deliver a notice but the notice was not delivered and returned to USCIS.
"Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It"
Does anyone have any similar experience that after the approval of I-140 "I already have the approval notice with me", USCIS sends a notice regarding the case? What could that be?
