H1B Extension Validity After I-140 Revoke
If I have I-140 approved from employer a and employer b get H1B extension based on approved I-140 and it has not been 180 days since I-140 is approved, if employer a revoke I-140 before 180 days completion. Will the H1B extension still remain valid knowing I-140 has been revoked ?
