I-140 Outside processing time

I filed my I-140 in Aug 2019. According to the USCIS site, they are currently processing cases received in Oct 2019. I already submitted a SR as it is outside processing time. But have not heard anything. Do they show SR numbers on USCIS case website? Becuase I can't see it. I only see my I-140.
Should I be worried since I have not received a reply

You can not track Service request status through online rather you will get Email notification, Once they take action on your request.
