I 140 Part 4 Question 3 reagrding adress

Hi,

Under I 140 Page 2 Part 4, question 3 says " write person's foreign name and address in the native alphabet". My first language in school (back in India) was English, but my mother tongue is Gujarati.

1. So should I enter the name and address in Gujarati or English?

2. Also, just to confirm they need my India's address..right?

Would appreciate if anyone can answer my query.

If the application is for your mother than write it in her native language and alphabet. Put her Indian address.
