EAC Receipt#
Hi,
I have just received EAC receipts for my wife (H4) & myself. I have heard that one can work with an EAC receipt for other companies - what does the law permit on an EAC receipt?...or do I have to wait for EAD approval to work elsewhere? My current status is H1-B.
I have filed all the needed GC forms concurrently.
