I have filed an amended downgrade application from EB2- Eb3 ( PD Sep 2012). Sent the application on Oct29th. Received receipt number for all except i140. Do any of you in are a similar situation, sent the inquiry twice, just waiting for a response. All the applications were sent in the same package. Center is TX
