I-140 discrepancy ( Approval (EB1) vs Receipt notice(EB2))

Hi ,

I received my 797 C receipt notice with the category 203 (B) (2) and later received an Approval notice 797 A with category
203 (B) (1) (A). My I 140 was filed under the EB2 category and i received the receipt notice with that category while the approval notice was given under EB1 category.
Please advise if anyone has faced a similar situation and what needs to be done in this instance as i am in the process of changing my employers and having my H1B transferred.

You will need to connect with your I-140 filing petitioner/ Attorney to get more update on this.. if they find mistake was happened then they will rectify..
