General timelines to convert from EB2 to EB1 GC category.

Hi Experts,
I got my 1-140 approved (under EB2 category) and the priority date is JAN2018.
I will be travelling back to USA on L1A visa category, wanted to check about the general timelines (from a process perspective) that would take to convert from EB2 to EB1 GC category. Any premium option available ?

Hi,
If you want to upgrade EB 2 to EB 1, first check the eligibility for EB1 category. I am not sure which sub category you are going to prefer. Is it EB1A, EB1B, EB1C? I consider EB1C to Answer. If so, you will need to have certain requirement for that.
And unfortunately, there is no Premium process option available for EB1C category.
Average processing time for I-140 petition under EB1C is anywhere between 5 to 9 months( Approximately)
