I filed I-140/485 concurently by myself.
I have got RFE on I-140 on Dec 8, 2004. I have not received the letter yet. I had changed the my address lin June 04. I called coustomer service but no positive answer yet. It is more than 2 month. I am wondering if I donot respond in 12 weeks then is it possible that my petition will be denied. Can someone help me what should I do. What are the options do I have. I will again be moving soon to another place.
