    GC transfer - carry Old PD?

    I am currently on 7th year H1 extn & new H1 is valid till 2013. My I-140 is approved in 2008 & PD is Jul 2007.

    Can I shift to a new employer and continue my old PD? Do my old employer have to agree to carry forward the PD ?
