Hi,

My wifes EB3 process started last year. and she has priority date. I was already on her EB3 application.

Now, my employer is applying my GC under EB2, Can i use my wifes priority date for my I-485 , when her PD becomes current under EB2 (my GC)??

As she is also included in my application...please suggest.

Her PD is EB3 and that will remain EB3.

You can't consider her PD under EB2 because you are on EB2 and not she.

You mean can't i use my wife's PD for my I-485, when her date becomes Current for GC as derivative??. I understand i cant port her PD for my I-140.

Please suggest....
