Hi,
My client wants to hire me as full time employee. And my I140 is under process (EB2). My 140 received date is Jan 2011. Do you suggest me changing employer? (Client paying slight less amount, not a big difference). I'm assuming if my 140 gets approved then I can hold my priority date no matter my old employer revokes my I140. Any idea how long it will take to process I140? (VSC)
Is there any way to see whether I'm eligible to process in EB2?(Based on my salary and location)
