Dear All:

I received RFE on I-140 for submitting experience letter in specific format from previous employer. If my previous employer is no more exists (closed down the business and not in contact) then how should I acquire a required letter. Is there any alternative for this situation?

You can provide the H1B petition letter as the proof of the employment and it defines your job duties/responsibilities.
