Hi,
I work for a company aaa, and my PERM labor approved and 140 denied recently with ability to pay RFE on my employer, we appealed and waiting for reply.
Mean while, I filed for 7th year H1B extn with approved labor and again got an RFE on employer-employee relationship.
Wonder, my company has some issues and is it possible to transfer to different company just with my approved labor, as I am waiting for 7th year extn with aaa company.
