  • Suggestion to apply in premium or Normal for I-140

    Hello,

My company had applied for my PERM by March end in EB3 category and my PERM got approved on May 23rd.

I have my H1B sixth year valid till Dec 25th 2011.

Suggest me should I apply I-140 under premium processing or Normal proccessing.

What is the time taken for Normal processing (EB3) and Premium processing (EB3).

    Hi,

In case if you go for a regular processing you could keep a minimum of 4 months and maximum of 9 months is the normal processing time.
In case of a premium processing, it takes around 30 days with RFE and 15 days without a RFE for the approval.
