Perm Approved file 140 & 485

My new perm was approved recently and I have a previously approved i-140, with priority date of 2005 under eb2. as the dates are current, Can I apply i-140 and i-485 concurrently where I can also port my priority date. Can I do this or do i have to wait for my 140 approved with my old priority date and then apply for i-485.
Please suggest.
