I've got my I-140 approved with employer A. Joined employer B in november last year. My previous employer refused to give I-140 approval notice. I applied for documents through FOIA. I have received the approved copy of I-140 but not the original I-140 approval form. On the approved copy, I can see Approved stamp with a priority date and category on it. My attorney is not sure if this would serve the purpose of keeping my priority date. Please let me know.
