parallel filing of green card
HI
with my current employer my labor is filed and now it is in back log.Now I wants apply for 140 and 485 through another company(substitute labor) as a future employee.
Now my question is ,can I apply for a parallel 140 and 485 process with my current employer(if it comes with in 3 or 4 months from back log before the expiration of my 6 years period) when the second one is still processing.
