  • Changing Employer after I-140 is approved !!!

I am currently on H1B and my employer had filed Green card for me in EB3. My I-140 has just been approved. Now I have got a job offer from a different employer.
My Question is, If I change my employer now can I retain my old priority date ?

yes, your new employer has to file another I-140 and port priority date. make sure you get a copy of the approved i-140 from previous employer. otherwise, it's tough to retain the date.
