I-140 Port requirement

Hi All - Would you please give advise on below:

My I-140 is approved with company A and now I want to change to company B. What are documents are required to port I-140 from company A to B.


Note: I am sure my old employer (Company A) will not provide my I-140 approval notice but I have I-140 receipt notice with me.

You will definitely need a copy for porting. You can file a request FOI (Freedom of Information) with USCIS, takes about 6 Months.
