I`m a green card holder, I get green card on lottery. I paid immigrant fee twice and still I didnt recive my green card. But there is one special situation:
I work for the cruise ship, my I551 stamp is valid until november, and still don`t know what to do if I still don`t recive my plastic green card. I am afraid I can loose this status. Also I get ssn and report my tax. Help me please. Soon I need to come back on the ship.
By the way, I call USCAIS office but I wait almost one hour and I give up.
