My parents filed immigration for my brother. Since my parents have low income, I want to be a joint sponsor. However, my wife doesn't want also doesn't allow me to do that. I am over qualified to be a joint sponsor without my wife's income. My question is whether it is legal for me to become a joint sponsor without my wife's allowance?
