I-797 NOA Rejection Notice - check amount incorrect

Hello,
I am US Citizen and I submitted case for my husband for Adjustment of Status:
*I-485 ($985 + $85 = 1070)
*I-130 ($420)
*I-765 (380)
*I-864 (no fee)
I submitted Money Order for Total of $1870.
However I received whole case back with I-797 NOA Rejection Notice for I-485, I-130 and I-765 with explanation:
"...the check amount is incorrect, or has not been provided...."
My question is: is the reason of rejection notice fact that I submitted one check for all forms? In memo part on the check I made note what forms the check covers.

The reason for the rejection is because you overpaid. There is no fee for I-765.

You should have included two checks, one for $1,070 and one for $420.

You should also have included form I-131 (for an Advance Parole).
