Help!
Our interview is on Sept. 3, 2015 but my grandfather which is our petitioner is here in the Philippines for vacation. He is here for about 7 months. He can't come to US without companion due to his old age. No one is available to accompany him. What can we do?

If your interview is in the U.S., the petitioner is expected to be at the interview with you, as proof that he meets the U.S. domicile requirement.
IIf your interview is in the Philippines, and you are asked if the petitioner is returning to the U.S., tell the interviewer that you will be accompanying your grandfather back to the U.S.
