Hi I filed for my mum. We at the point of submitting the visa application form which is the ds-260 and submitting documents. My mum has a dependent who is my small brother. My question is how do we get my small brother to come with her.

How old is the brother? if he is a minor you will put your brother's information on the I-130, #17. If your younger brother is over the age of 21 then you will need to file a separate I-130 for him.

When you have applied for your mother under Immediate Relative catagory for IR5 visa, there is no provision for adding a derivative beneficiary like your younger brother.
